| 1. How does the affiliate program work? |
| A: The affiliate program allows our affiliates to make profit by referring customers to
ICDSoft through a link or a banner on their web sites. Referrals will be counted whenever the customer purchases a web hosting
account with us. Referrals will be paid for the customer's first purchase only, and will not be paid for subsequent renewals
of the same service. |

| 2. Does it cost anything to participate in your affiliate program? |
| A: No. To participate in our affiliate program, you just need to link to our site
(using our banners) and collect your earned commissions. |

| 3. Where do I get a banner? |
| A: You can get a banner/text link from
here. Once you have an affiliate account,
you can generate the banner/text link HTML code from the Affiliate Admin Panel. |

| 4. I have several sites, how many different banners can I have? |
| A: You can have as many different banners as you want. You will get statistics for each
banner at the Affiliate Admin Panel. |

| 5. How much will I earn? |
| A: We offer a 50% commission fee on the first hosting account purchase of every
customer that you bring to us. The commission is applied only for the first year of hosting service. |

| 6. How do I check how much money I have earned? |
| A: You can check your earnings under the Stats page at the Affiliate Admin panel. |

| 7. How can I receive my earnings? |
A: You can receive the revenue you have earned through one of the following methods:
- Paypal transfer (no transaction fees)
- Western Union transfer (transaction fees applied)
- Bank wire (up to 1000 USD - 20 USD fee; more than 1000 USD - no fees)
- Check (no fees)
Transaction fees of the referral commission (if any) are covered by the affiliate. |

| 8. What is the minimum fee to receive? |
A: You can choose the minimum fee to receive (not lower than $100). When your balance
reaches the minimum fee you have specified, we will send your revenue via the method you have specified. We send
commissions twice a month.
Additionally, you can request payment of your accumulated funds manually (you need to have at least $100 in your balance).
The amount in your balance will be sent to you on the next payment date. |

| 9. With your affiliate program does the first or the last affiliate
get the commission? |
| A: If a customer visits our site through several different hoplinks before he makes a
purchase, the commission will be credited for the last visit, through the last hoplink. |

| 10. For how long do you track each referral? |
| A: We keep track of a visit for 30 days. If you refer a customer and he or she purchases
an account during the next 30 days, you will receive a commission fee for this purchase. |

| 11. A person I have referred has purchased a new hosting account,
but I do not see the commission bonus added to my balance. |
| A: If a customer referred by you purchases an account from us your commission will show
under your balance after 30 days. We offer 100-day full money-back guarantee; during this period, the customer can close
the purchased account and get his/her money refunded. Commissions for refunded accounts are cancelled. |
